NEW RESTAURANT OPENING – Join the team at Rustic Taco, we are opening an upscale yet casual taco restaurant in the village of Fairport, right by the canal! Some experience in restaurant service preferred, but more than anything we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is able to work in a fast pace restaurant! We are looking for someone who can; follow recipes, process costumers orders, communicate well with staff, who is able to work in a clean and organized work space all while following food and safety guidelines.

Job Duties are as follows:
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Bake, sear, and comfort using fryer.
Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
Handle and store ingredients and food
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
Execute opening and closing procedures
Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
Monitor station inventory levels
Accommodate guests’ special requests
Knife skills are necessary
