As an After sales /customer service coordinator, you will handle, resolve and record all customer service issues for Florida and DC/VA showrooms, you will communicate with customer and store managers/associates regarding service issues.
The ideal candidate will have with a 2-year experience in the Furniture industry preferred. Must also have the ability to be professional and have a positive attitude, ability to be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and self-motivated , ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining constant level of high quality. Possess strong written/oral communication in skills using both email and telephone communications. Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), and the ability to be a strong team player and work with multiple employees.
