Customer Service and Phone Support Rep English/Spanish Full Time

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Schedule appointments with consultants and process their payments
Data entry and conversion
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Positive, upbeat disposition
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Attention to Detail
Confidentiality
Fluent in English and Spanish
Required education:
High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred
Required experience:
Phone Customer service experience
Salesmanship
