RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

● Multitask & prioritize assigned tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain optimal level of team positivity in the office at all times
● Handle daily inbound and outbound communication, Monday – Friday
● Regular communication with PM and homeowners to keep project schedule on track
● Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
● Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete
● Proficient with Technology and Social Media
● Confidence to thrive under pressure
● Professional demeanor and attitude
