Customer Service Rep (Work from Home) Full Time

CGS is seeking a Customer Service Representative that is local to the Tampa area.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years Customer Service AND/OR Technical Support experience is ideal
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and willingness to learn through on the job training
Apply understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist customers on cellular phone technical matters
Troubleshoot, research, isolate and resolve information system problems using internal knowledge base and tools
Recognize customer’s problems that should be escalated to the next level for resolution following established protocols
Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows and PC hardware
Ability to multitask between systems and use various applications consecutively with proficient typing skills
Analytical thinker with technical aptitude
Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and listening skills
Exhibits a strong work ethic, must meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics
Exhibit a high level of professionalism with extreme sensitivity to customer satisfaction
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the Team Lead
