Customer Service Representative 1 Full Time

The Customer Service Assistant supports the Customer Services team in the administration of customer accounts. Performs a variety of administrative duties for the customer services department.
Job Core Responsibilities
Assists the Customer Services team by providing a variety administrative tasks in support of customer accounts
Performs basic data entry and reporting through the business unit Material Requirements Planning system
Supports the teams activities by resolving customer product issues and/or answering questions
Maintains effective communication with customers
Assists with the generation of departmental reports and tracking against key performance indicators
Works to ensure the customers experience with Meggitt products is exceptional
Other responsibilities as assigned
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Job Specifications
Education : A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
Years Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience
Skills :

Service-oriented attitude to cultivate positive customer relationships
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
Ability to use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills to drive task to completion
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
