We have developed the Healy, a unique and innovative wearable that is controlled via smartphone. This little all-rounder contains many frequency programs that promote health, well-being and balance. A product for everywhere and anytime, for everyone.
Due to our rapid growth, further areas are being expanded. Therefore we need you – as a Customer Service Representative (Inbound) (m/f) to support our customer service department.
With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.

YOUR RESPOSIBILTIES
Reply to customer support tickets from our national and international customers and sales partners
Working directly with the sales team
When dealing with individual issues, you will be responsible for finding solutions to customer inquiries in cooperation with colleagues from other departments
Additional and special tasks within the scope of your daily routine
YOUR PROFILE
Firsthand experience in the areas of customer service & support required
Strong communication skills; having empathy and working in a structured way
High goals standards, concentrating on providing the best service and value to our customers
Having both a Team Player mentality as well as being able to work independently
Fluent in spoken and written English and one additional language (e.g. Spanish/ Portuguese/ Chinese) mandatory
