We are a medium paced moving broker looking for someone with an upbeat attitude who strives in customer care! Your main responsibilities will consist of taking inbound calls, making outbound calls during down time, using CRM, and G Suite.

This can be a part-time or full time position to the right individuals. Training is paid and done on the job. You will be consistently learning so the right person needs to to be coachable and able the comprehend the task to efficiently deliver great customer service.
Part-time: 25 hours weekly Full-time: 35-40 hours weekly
Skills/Requirements:
-Team player that works proactive with others or alone
-Flexible working schedule is a must
-Able to work days and weekend shifts
-Experience highly preferred but not required
-Punctual and reliable
-Must be able to multitask and deal well in a high stress environment
-Spanish is a plus
-Computer savvy
-Ability to meet and exceed expectations
-Ability to manage time effectively and productively
Moving Industry Experience : $15.00 per hour
Novice: $12.00 per hour
