Carrier Enterprise is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their Orlando Call Center team!
The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Orlando Call Center team and is directly responsible for the customer success of Carrier Enterprise. Utilizing expert customer service skills, the CSR will input customer orders by assist customers in making product selections by asking questions and actively listening to identify customer needs. They will suggest alternatives or substitute products based on availability and research & source products for customers using a variety of tools, including point-of-sale computer system, catalogs, websites, & internal contacts. The CSR maintains knowledge of new & existing products & inventory by participating in training, reviewing catalogs, websites & internal resources! Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Customer Service Experience (preferably Call Center Experience)
- Associates Degree w/ HVAC Customer Service/Counter Sales Experience preferred
- Strong Customer Service Soft Skills
- Must be Well Organized, Detail Oriented, w/ good computer & data entry skills (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess the ability to problem solve and multi-task
