CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT-PART TIME (COVID) Part Time

This position is part-time (starting at about 10 hours/week with the potential to ramp up). This role will start as a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate An amazing and empathetic communicator, as a Customer Service Support you’ll be on the frontline interacting directly with patients through email and phone to resolve their issues and ensure they have an amazing experience anytime they interact. Data input and follow-thru phone communications are major components of the daily job duties. This position shall have a work schedule at least 10 hours per week with hours accommodating an 8:00 p.m. ending workday.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Position will be responsible for the following onsite:

Greeting patients
Registering patients to receive their vaccination
Directing patients into and out of the vaccination center
Assisting patients with needs on site
Reply to inbound patient support inquiries via email and phone

Make outbound phone calls to help patients onboard and complete their forms

Manage escalated support issues through email and phone

Ensure that patients are receiving timely and accurate replies

Provides feedback on performance of operational protocols for enhancement and recommends revisions.

Operates a variety of equipment such as a computer, scanner, calculator, telephone, copier, fax machine, etc.

Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals such as the immediate supervisor, department head and employees, customers and the general public.

Position Requirements/Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:

Requires a high school diploma, good communication skills, computer knowledge to perform data entry and ability to work effectively with a diverse population in order to effectively handle information inquiries, complaints, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills required and ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress
