Desserts by Toffee to Go in Tampa is growing. We are looking for service-oriented Dessert Café Team members to provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food & beverages, adhere to company standards for food safety, and keep customer delight at the forefront. Toffee to Go is a growing family-owned small business that has been selling incredible handmade toffee for 20+ years. Toffee, combined with made-from-scratch desserts in a café environment offers our customers a truly sweet experience.

Job Qualification:
-2 years of Customer service
-Previous restaurant experience
Job Responsibilities:
-Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Desserts by Toffee to Go.
-Follow all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
-Ensure all guests feel welcome and safe, and provide friendly service.
-Ensure all desserts and beverages are consistent and maintain high quality.
-Work closely with the Dessert Café manager and other team members to maintain proper café setup, beverage preparation, inventory levels, and presentation of dessert items.
-Maintain cleanliness while creating a welcoming dining experience.
Required Skills:
-Strong people skills.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Must be self-motivated.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Physical Demands:
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per work.
Wage range includes tips

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
