Cecelia’s is THE location to find Vampire Shaved Snow, dairy (and vegan) ice cream, edible cookie dough and fresh baked hot pretzels on Central Avenue in Saint Petersburg. We are a family business looking for outgoing, upbeat staff members who’ve got hustle for our day and evening/night shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
· dessert production, including baking and working with specialty freezers and shavers for making snow
· creating beautiful desserts/treats for guests
· working the register/taking orders
· delivering excellent customer service
· maintaining a very clean environment in front and back of the house.
· assistance with improving social media presence
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be at least age 18 years old
· Must be able to lift 40 pounds
· Ability to work independently and/or be self-motivated
· Ability to handle a variety of tasks at the same time
· Team player
· Flexible schedule
· 1+ year in food service industry required (in desserts even better!)

This is a serving position with base pay of $12 for entry and $14 for shift leaders and YOU WILL EARN TIPS IN ADDITION TO THE HOURLY PAY LISTED.
WORK HOURS:
We have staff at the shop from 1:30PM until either 10:30PM or 11:30PM depending on day of week. We are looking for candidates with flexible schedules, most importantly evening and weekend availability, when we are the busiest and you will therefore make the most tips.
