Director of Culinary Operations Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Manage Day to Day operation
- Develop and Execute Systems, SOP’s and KPI’s for Multi Business Outlets
- Forecast and Manage all operating expenses
- Oversee the Development, Recruitment and Traing of Culinary Staff
- Maintaining all Kitchen Equipment, Culinary Division, and Facilities
Director of Culinary Operations Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience with large multi-restaurant brands in one venue
- Must have at least 9 years in Culinary Managment leading a large team
- Must be Financial Savy, Know how to manage a P and L, Create Forecast, and Execute Budgets
- Proficent in Food Planning, Purchase, Menu Development
- Must lead by example and be able to hire, develop and coach their department
