Maintain the cleanliness of the dish area, take out garbage, maintain clean floors, assist cooks and FOH with plate stocking and silverware sorting, use a 3 compartment sink for hand washing particular items, sweep and clean floors, bathrooms, parking lot, patio, and dining room floors as needed. Thoroughly clean to maintain “hospital clean” at all times.
