Organization Background: The Wagyu Bar is a casual steakhouse concept developed by the team behind Meat N’ Bone.

Culture: Meat N’ Bone presents a very diverse cultural environment; we have different personalities and experiences. It is a startup that requires wearing multiple hats and taking on new challenges every day.

Position Overview:

The Wagyu Bar is a new concept launching in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic, as a result we are opening up slowly and hiring staff as we grow. This will be the third position fully dedicated to this endeavor. We are looking for someone who will help in all areas required and is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves to do some work.

This position will support the grill and the dishwasher and any other activities needed in the kitchen.

Key accountabilities that are part of the role (This is not an all-inclusive list. Additional duties may be assigned.)

§ Wash and Dry Dishes
§ Grill different meats
§ Support Kitchen
§ Support Customer Service
§ Help with prep work

Physical Demands

§ Walk and stand.

§ Bend forward.

§ Lift and/or move up to 15 lbs, sometimes over shoulder.

Key Requirements

§ 1 years’ of professional kitchen experience.

§ Ability to communicate with customers and peers with a friendly and positive attitude.
