We also continue to build our roster of candidates with mid to upper-level experience to help them find permanent placement with our customers who have licensed facilities across the country.

Budtender: $12-$18 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are looking to add to our dream team of cannaseurs. We are looking for candidates who are interested in a steadily busy, fast paced and positive environment. We aim to give customers an experience, as opposed to just another sale. Customer Service is a must.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers with a smile
Educating customers and answering questions on products and paraphernalia
Keeping the store clean, stocked and organized
Complying with all state rules and regulations
Excellent attendance
Positive attitude towards customers and employees
ABOUT YOU:
Have a passion for Cannabis and educating the customers
Have previous retail or sales experience or equivalent training & education
Ability to multi-task and be self-proficient with time management
Professional appearance
A friendly, team oriented “canna-do” attitude
Excellent cash handling skills
Exceptional customer service
Friendly, outgoing and personable
Dependable and arrive to all shifts on time and prepared
Flexible with your schedule
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Available to perform many different tasks in the store during each shift
Education/Experience:
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. We recommend Cannabis Community College for the required state compliance & technical training (www.cannabiscommunitycollege.com) but we accept all state approved responsible vendors.
PLEASE NOTE: An Offer of Employment letter from Highlite Staffing is provisional and does not guarantee employment. You must pass your background check (provided by a 3 rd party approved by the state), be approved for your state issued agent card (when required by the state) and Highlite Staffing must have a secured contract with a licensed facility who acknowledges that you are approved to work at their location. Depending on your market, this can take anywhere from 1 week up to several months to complete. Once we receive your application, the HR Manager in your market will reach out with specific details on your state.
