Reporting to the Lot Manager, the Porter/Driver’s position is responsible for transporting vehicles to and from the auction, rental agency, body shops, and/or dealerships in a safe and timely manner, and establish and maintain clear communications with the management team to ensure a superior level of service.
Responsibilities:
Verify vehicle status for inventory
Driving cars to and from locations
Inspect vehicles for interior/exterior damage
Drive locally or out of area as needed, following all traffic signals and rules of the road
Maintain regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Various other duties to be determined by Lot Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Valet, Porter, or Delivery Driver is a plus
Ability to bend, stoop, knee, stand while inspecting vehicles
Ability to work in all elements of the weather
Must have valid driver’s license
