Description:
The Experience Advisor helps instill a culture of patient and family centered care by proactively enhancing the patient experience at the unit/departmental level. They serve as a visible and enthusiastic change agent who helps drive meaningful action by developing action plans, goals and objectives in collaboration with leaders. They cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, using a hands-on consultative approach that balances the organization‘s patient experience goals with the department/unit‘s operational realities, limitations, and workflows. They are internal consultants who identify gaps in performance, produce enhanced data reports, and deploy improvement initiatives needed to meet the patient experience goals within their assigned departments/units. This position requires a dynamic, collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills to creatively solve problems, guide, and influence the culture and mindset related to patient experience.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
3 years experience required.
Must be self-directed with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and able to work with little or minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor, goal and detail oriented, organized, and compassionate with excellent customer focus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be flexible with schedule based on the business needs. Willing to travel to any facility weekly.
Fully proficient in computer applications used in day-to-day functions.
Preferred: Patient/Guest relations or Hospitality background. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
