Saigon Sisters Restaurant Group is seeking an Experienced Chef who can assist us in becoming one of the leading brands of Vietnamese/Thai cuisine in the fast-casual market and upscale yet casual dining scene. If you have the drive to grow into a strong creative Chef and desire to apply your skills to work with a great team, we would love to talk.
• Genuine interest and passion for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine
• 8+ years of experience in varied kitchen positions, including food preparation, line cook, fry cook
• Extreme knowledge of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices
• 2 days off a week
• No late hours
• Closed on Sundays, Mondays & major holidays
• Competitive hourly
• 40 to 50 hours per week
• 2 pm to close
