The Halim Time & Glass Museum
Experienced Chef needed for Evanston Museum for private events.
Candidate must have a strong / long history and be experienced as a chef – both cooking & running all kitchen & staff needs. This includes:
– menu development
– ordering supplies
– hiring staff
– being a team player
– having a hands-on approach
– supervising independently all the operations of the kitchen, and its cook staff.
A minimum of 5 years experience is preferred.
The position reports to our Food & Beverage Director.
