Seeking experienced cook at a Miami commissary kitchen outpost for an Israeli chef based in NY.
Must be able to work independently in a high volume environment.
8 hour day-time shift.
Flexible, worker friendly schedule, we work on the weekends.
Located in 100 S Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33131
Cooking includes overseeing prep, production, packing individual meals, assisting with recipe development.
Working closely with Kitchen Manager to execute a variety of meals in a timely manner
Qualifications
Previous experience in kitchen environments producing high volumes of food (restaurants, catering) is preferred but not required
Serve Safe/food handlers certification required
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and good knife skills
