Requirements:
*Genuine interest and passion for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine
*Owner-Minded
*10+ years of experience in varied kitchen positions, including food preparation, line cook, fry cook
*Extreme knowledge of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices
