Looking for an experienced Service Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to help Service department Manager with daily operation.

Technical background very helpful (commercial appliances)

Knowledge of local commercial routes to assist with technicians’ scheduling and dispatching preferred

Basic Knowledge of basic QuickBooks is a MUST
Russian speaking big plus

Ability to compose concise accurate emails to customers

Must be very organized and able to work under pressure and multitask

Must be proficient in excel, word and Outlook
