We are looking for an experienced line cook to work the fry and grill station at our restaurant. No pizza making experience is required but we will cross trim you in pizza if you would like the experience. This is a full time night shift position, 5 days per week, with opportunities for overtime if desired. We are looking for someone that can keep up with busy weekend shifts making wings, sandwiches, salads, and other fry and grill items as needed. We have a support staff to help with prep and cleaning the restaurant. We have won several local awards for our food, and need a strong cook that can execute dishes quickly and correctly. Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
