Fajita Pete’s at Sugar Land is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with extensive kitchen experience to oversee the day-to-day operations. This position will be responsible for maintaining high quality of service for guests and managing a team of kitchen staff and delivery drivers for an efficient shift.
Responsibilities include,
1) Maintaining health and safety procedures
2) Creating the shift schedule weekly
3) Managing inventory levels to meet demand
4) Ensuring order accuracy for guests
5) Review food and labor costs with management
The Store Manager will be responsible for keeping a clean and safe work environment. Additional procedures and tools will be provided to manage restaurant and to maintain food and labor costs according to company policy.
