Responsibilities
Assist in supervising all aspects of the pool in all capacities thereby ensuring top efficiency and high guest satisfaction.
Assist in the coordination and supervises preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
Conducts such functions as needed- scheduling, payroll, inventory, performance appraisal and coaching of employees.
Reviews with Manager any information of past, present and upcoming events.
Inspects all side stations and ensure they are fully stocked for shift.
Responsible for pool set-up procedures and overall staff appearance.
Conduct department lineups.
Resolves any complaints, questions or comments from guest.
Maintain and supervise pool side work.
Daily inspection of pool physical appearance.
Inspect all menus for good conditions.
Other duties as assigned by management.
