Our company is seeking team players to join our team!
We are looking to hire a full and/or part-time Floral Designer for our busy flower shop. You must be a bright, energetic, and positive with high energy individual. We are expanding and seeking additional team players for our Floral Design Team, both full-time and seasonal and part-time during Holiday periods and peak demands due to Weddings and Events. Our company owns other Floral Design Retail Stores in Florida
Full and part-time applicants will be considered for this position. A flexible schedule is required and will include some weekend shifts. We are a fast-growing local business with opportunities for advancement.
You will be producing beautiful floral designs for our fast-paced floral shop and market. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Preparing flower arrangements with creativity and original designs.
Assisting with the processing of incoming flowers and greenery.
Assisting with the organization and cleanliness of flower coolers and workspaces.
Interacting with drivers for daily flower arrangement deliveries and assisting customers.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs from the floor and 15 lbs overhead.
Must be able to work inside a flower cooler with average temperatures of 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
Must be able to work standing for extended periods of time.
