The SIPA Dean’s Office is recruiting a Temporary Office Assistant to join their team of professionals. This position is under direction supervision of Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

Duties to include:

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Dean’s office.
Assists with the day to day operations of the area.
Receptionist, Assisting Dean Office with special projects.
Maintain logs.
Assist with technical equipment.

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience.
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM

30 hours per week
