Funny Face Bakery is looking for a NoHo Store Manager to join our growing team! Founded in 2016, FFB is NYC’s coolest pop-culture bakery and separates itself from the traditional cookie-cutter bakery by creating a line of meme-worthy treats that are often deemed “too pretty to eat”.
Prior experience Qualifications:
-Customer service experience
-Manager experience/ being in charge of a team
– Pay is based on prior experience.
Duties
-Hiring the perfect team for the storefront
-training the team on customer service
-Making a weekly schedule for everyone
-Taking care of daily deliveries and be in constant communication with production space on slack during work hours
-Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency and empathy.
-keeping track of inventory of products/paper goods
-Keeping a clean and organized work environment
Physical demands and work environment:
-Position requires standing and walking
-Must be able to work Holidays
-Work environment includes working with hot cooking equipment.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
-High energy positive person who is able to work with a diverse group of people.
-Takes direction well and understands expectations of being store manager
-Organized, good time management skills.
-Computer Savvy
