We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating a forklift in a warehouse setting and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, the Forklift Operator must be able to read and understand labels, shipping orders, and other documents related to the job.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials onto and off of pallets.
- Maintain the forklift in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels.
- Communicate with other workers to coordinate loading and unloading activities.
- Inspect the forklift for any damage or defects.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
