Franklin Retail Solutions is a retail consulting company focused on the Sports and Fitness industry. We are NOW hiring part-time Fitness Sales Ambassadors to work with Fitness consumers to help them choose the best Fitness Equipment for their personal Fitness journey, within major Sporting Goods stores this Season!
As a Fitness Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive information to customers and sales associates through in-store product demonstration, product advice and interaction. You will use your knowledge of best fitness practices and our clients’ products to create highly impactful sales results.
Program time frame: Kickoff November 2020 thru February 2021
The Brand Ambassador will be required to:
Complete 4 to 6 hour promotional visits on the weekends (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) in local retail stores as assigned
Increase sales through high-level, enthusiastic and engaging product demonstration while promoting brand awareness and creating positive impressions
Effectively present and articulate the features and benefits of our clients’ products to store customers
Develop a partnership with the store management and associates during visits
Successfully complete all required client training programs
Maintain displays and equipment to ensure they are clean and in good working order
Interpret and implement planograms
Schedule store visits using an online dashboard
Download and/or print directives for promotional store visits
Take before and after photos of store merchandise displays using a digital camera, smartphone, or tablet (iOS and Android compatible)
Submit an online report including photos, based on the store visit, through the online dashboard
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Event marketing, product demonstration, and retail industry experience
Ability to work independently, communicate remotely, and complete timely, detailed reports
Availability during peak shopping hours on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays
Daily access to a digital camera AND a functioning computer (laptop or desktop) with reliable internet/email access
Ability to stand comfortably for up to 6 hours per day
Reliable transportation
