Our Jacksonville, Florida Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to assist in providing excellent guest service to our clients. As a front desk agent, you will ensure that all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently followed. You will provide a welcoming experience for all guests during their stay. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and and a happy, upbeat personality that is ready to serve our guests will make you a success!

Hospitality experience is encouraged; customer service experience is required. Our goal is to enhance your professional experience and we offer training to candidates who do not have hospitality experience.

You will serve as the hotel ‘brand ambassador’ at all times interacting with our guests, addressing their needs and offering assistance with their hotel reservations and accommodations. This role has a flexible schedule (AM & PM shifts); including weekends. Our organization is focused on providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests which requires excellent customer service skills and patience. Professional telephone skills and computer literacy are needed for this position. With scheduling flexibility, this is an excellent position for students or those who have retired and seeking to come back into the workforce.
