TradeWinds Island Resorts is seeking Front Desk Agents to greet arriving and departing Guests for our Island Grand property. This individual is responsible for processing secure financial transactions and assisting Guests with a variety of needs throughout their stay.
**LOCAL RESIDENCY ONLY, PLEASE**
Minimum Requirements:
One or more years of Resort Front Office experience is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to be outgoing, approachable and “guest service” oriented
Detail oriented, high integrity individual
Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls, assignments and direct guest contact in a fast paced manner
Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times.
