Full job description
Join our Team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a guest service agent; have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and ability to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity. Previous experience Hilton’s OnQ or PEP systems are a plus!
Primary responsibilities
- Greet guests and perform check-in / out procedures
- Answer phones within 3-rings with a professional greeting
- Take initiative to always impress our guests
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests, and have authority for the hotel operations while on duty.
- Follow cash and credit card procedures to company & brand standards
- Communicate guest requests and concerns to pertinent departments and management
- Understand hotel features & amenities and provide this information to guests
- Commitment to serving guests in a genuine cheerful & caring demeanor
- Exhibit the “Free to be You” attitude professionally
- Take immediate ownership of any service issues, resolve right away and follow-up
Requirements
- Full-time hours and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends & holidays
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and maintain professional appearance at the front desk for up to 8-hours
- Customer Service experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour
