Topwater Grill is a thriving waterfront restaurant located in San Leon, TX. We are a customer-centric establishment with a very large customer base. We operate high volume under a fast-paced work flow in a fun working environment.
Topwater Grill opened on May 27, 1999. Peacefully tucked away on a peninsula and off the beaten path, situated only miles away from the sterile franchises of Kemah, sits one of San Leon’s favorite local gems overlooking Galveston Bay. An iconic Gulf Coast waterfront dining hideaway enjoyed by locals, fishermen and families alike for over twenty-three years. Topwater Grill embodies the coastal causal seafood dining experience while exuding the relaxing vibes that often accompanies a lighthearted saltwater lifestyle from Texas Gulf Coast establishments of years gone by. Priority number one at Topwater Grill is harvesting, serving and preparing fresh Gulf Coast seafood for our guests. We are proud to own and operate our own fleet of shrimp and oyster boats. We proudly serve fresh Gulf Coast seafood that is perfectly prepared and enjoyed by our guests overlooking gorgeous Galveston Bay at April Fool Point Marina.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills while also gaining exposure to a number of different facets of available work. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help oversee the daily activities of our restaurant and be responsible for the well-being of both our customers and staff. This includes reporting employee absences, scheduling shifts, creating gift cards and special offers, greeting customers and managing the inventory of food and beverages both in the restaurant and in storage. The right candidate will have at least one year of previous work experience, exceptional time management skills and great communication skills.

• Manage the bartenders.
• Arrive at work at a reasonable time.
• Show up to work on time every day.
• Perform well under pressure and with little supervision.
• Be good at problem solving.
• Follow the rules set forth by your employer.
• Deal well with difficult customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
