Located in the heart of the West Village, Anton’s NYC is a restaurant from Chef/Owner Nick Anderer, and GM/Beverage Director Natalie Johnson. Anton’s is a nostalgic New York Café and Wine Bar serving updated old-world cuisine. We are currently growing our team in anticipation of a busy spring! Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of service experience, must demonstrate poise and strong leadership skills, and an overall willingness to contribute to supporting and continuously training all team members. Other qualifications include:
Elevated food knowledge
Elevated wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
Advanced understanding of NYC dining and critic culture
Familiarity with Department of Health standards
Familiarity with Resy reservations and Toast POS systems
