This is a full-time position as a relief manager at a self-storage facility in Tampa, FL. The person that holds this position is critical in creating a welcome environment, identifying customer needs and exceeding their expectations. We seek employees that are dedicated, have a positive attitude, can multi-task with a smile, and have integrity. Background check and Drug Test required.
Responsibilities
As an Relief Manager you’ll work with the manager to maximize rental objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, internet, or in person at your location.
Our employees consistently practice exceptional customer service by welcoming future and current customers in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner.
Relief Managers work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that will enhance their storage experience.
You will get the chance to sell high quality merchandise such as boxes, locks, and tape.
We rent U-Haul equipment which must be checked in and sometimes relocated on lot. Can you drive a 26-ft truck a short distance?
This is not just an office job. Our team members consistently walk the property to check units, show units, and clean. Successful Relief Managers need to be able to perform at a high level without constant supervision.
Qualifications
You should have some type of customer facing experience from a variety of environments such as retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, and other customer-centered selling roles
Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality
A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus
Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep
Minimum one year Customer Service and/or Sales experience
