The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking General Labor to work at our food processing facility in Lowville, NY. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Role & Responsibilities:
- General Labor duties along with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- SAP data entry and accuracy required
- It is the responsibility of all employees to adhere to all site rules, and to adhere to all ways of working, and processes and procedures within that role
- Position requires compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Timely Period Work completion
- Ability to perform all sanitation duties
- Team participation is required
- All other duties as assigned
Sanitation : Will ensure that the equipment and machinery he/she works with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refreshing sessions
Quality Assurance : Ensures all products manufactured comply with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function
Safety : Will follow instructions delivered during the training that explained the fundamentals of the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep himself/herself and others away from harm while performing his/her duties. Will adhere to LOTO policy and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to work on all shifts, weekend and Holiday work will be required
- Schedule is based on a 7 day/week production
- Workdays may fluctuate from week to week based on production
- Weekend and holiday work will be required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A Minimum of a High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Preferred Skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
