Job description
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, customer service, and team management.
– Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers.
– Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Experience:

– Strong knowledge of food production, coffee preparation, and POS systems.
