We are hiring a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations in Bar Martinez, the fine dining destination within the space.
This is a salaried, full-time position offering between $70,000-$85,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
The executive team is comprised of several one-and two-star Michelin operators, devoted to the highest levels of excellence and quality. Job Description:
The General Manager (GM) for Ten Rooms is a key leadership role for the restaurant (Bar Martinez) and reports to the Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer (COO). The GM will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and be held accountable for the guest experience within, in addition to being the main point-of-contact for the other destinations within Ten Rooms (retail, cafe, and events). All recruiting, hiring and training of hourly roles in the restaurant front-of-house will be led by the GM, with the oversight of the COO. They will be responsible primarily for implementing and ensuring all operational systems are effective and efficient.
The GM is responsible for leading a service team on a daily basis which includes all front of house hourly positions. They will be held accountable for restaurant fiscal performance metrics such as labor cost, employee retention, service standards, and product knowledge.
