Our Company is seeking:
An experienced and highly motivated Groundskeeper/Porter for our Condominium in the Miami Beach, FL (33139).
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (8:30a-4:30p)
Responsibilities:
Maintain proper inventory of cleaning products and materials on janitorial carts
Clean the common areas of the property
May be required to do landscaping, pressure washing, and/or working with a trash compactor
Sweep, mop, scrub tile, flooring and vacuum all carpeted areas as needed
Perform other duties as directed by the Property Manager and/or Chief Engineer
