Hattie Bâs HOT Chicken is an independent, family-owned restaurant group based in Nashville, TN. We currently have 10 locations – in Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham, Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas. Coming soon: Franklin TN, Nashville Airport, Austin TX… and more on the way!

đ„đJOB DESCRIPTION:
The right person will help to lead the team in running daily ops. Youâll need to lead by example, inspiring staff to connect, smile and hustle in service of all our super excited hot chicken seekers. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week with various am, mid or pm shifts.
đ„đ REQUIREMENTS:
—> At least 3 years in high volume/ management positions.
—> We look for tenure instead of job hoppers. We want to hear how you built teams and evolved them.
—> Must have references from former supervisors.
—> Seeking patient and thoughtful leaders that want to inspire, develop and coach a team.
đ„đ BENEFITS:
*Starting wages are $55k – $65k+ for Assistant Managers (Dependent on Exp)
* All salaried managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus. (And yes, our teams actually see them!) ——> AM’s= 10% bonus, AGM = 15% bonus, GM= 20% bonus.
*We are closed on most major holidays.
*Managers receive 15 days of Paid-Time-Off (PTO) 90 days after hire and 20 days at their 5-year anniversary.
*Health Insurance upon hire. (We pay for 50% of premiums for you and your dependents/ spouse.)
*Eligibility to enroll in our 401k retirement plan with matching up to 4% of annual salary.
