Tasks & Responsibilities: ? To define and implement a Regional reefer strategy ? To identify, develop and motivate the right staff to support the Reefer growth targets. ? To ensure full alignment of the regional Reefer product with the global Reefer strategy. ? To work closely with the respective CHoOF on developing the Reefer product throughout the Region. ? To ensure that the Regional growth as well as GP targets will be reached. ? To ensure operational excellence and actively support projects improving process related activities. ? Ownership of the overall regional Reefer product offering for ocean freight. ? To establish and maintain a regional carrier portfolio in alignment with the overall program. ? Regional ownership of process development and optimization in coordination with the Global Head of Global Reefer Management and Regional Head of Ocean Freight.
