Job Description:
As a server at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, and answering any questions they may have.
Offering extensive knowledge of our menu, including our Peruvian seafood specialties, to assist guests in making informed choices.
Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper table settings and impeccable presentation.
Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.
Processing payments and handling transactions accurately, including using our point-of-sale system effectively.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine and seafood is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide training to develop your expertise.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
