City Nights Hospitality, owner and operator of the iconic award-winning 48 Lounge is seeking experienced Lead Bartender with A+ outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Lead Bartender position will help develop our menu of carefully curated wines, beers, tasteful cocktails and non-alcoholic options. This position will be instrumental in training other staff on bar menu, developing new, seasonal drinks and organizing the bar set-up.
along with overseeing bar operations.
Responsibilities include handling multiple aspects of supplying/inventory, running and operating the bar/FoH, ensure that the bar staff provides positive customer experiences, train staff.
This position will be Full-time including nights and weekends.
