Server position requirements:
Sweep the ballroom according to the manager and captain lead while carrying three plates at the time.
Have Positive personality & professional attitude.
Taking dinner and drink orders and being able to carry on football tray (big oval tray)to the assigned table.
Neat, organized and focused on the floor during service.
Be flexible, Positive, and upbeat can-do attitude.
Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety.
Bartender position requirements:
Know old fashion coctails and mix drinks.
Have strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and other mixed cocktails.
Must be able to mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.
Must be able to identify and verify the customer’s age.
Be flexible, positive, and upbeat can-do attitude.
Neat, organized and focused during whole shift.
Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety.
Have Positive personality & professional attitude.
Bartenders are obligate to have their own wine key on every shift.
Feel free to bring your bar kit and use it on the shift.
Every candidate must have its own attire.
