We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a cashier at Regatta Grove.
The cashier will be responsible for processing guests’ orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests as they approach the register and process their orders using the POS system
– Ensure accuracy in order-taking, payment processing, and food preparation
– Provide helpful suggestions to guests and answer any questions they may have about menu items
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and kitchen area
– Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
– Handle guest complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating to the manager when necessary
– Assist with restocking inventory and preparing food as needed
– Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
– Basic math and computer skills
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
– Must have Thursday – Sunday open availability
