Ramen Lyric Market, operated by Samurai Noodle (samurainodlehouston.com) is expanding to a location within the Lyric Market which is located in the Theater District at 411 Smith St. This will be a fast casual Food Hall type operation where we will take orders, cook the food and notify customers that their order is ready for pickup. (Bussing and dishwashing service is provided by the establishment.)
We are creating a new team of Cooks and Cashiers/Servers. Training will be provided and you will be equipped with all the skills needed to take care of our customers!
As a Cook, you will:
1. Learn the craft ramen, cook appetizers and create rice bowls
2. Take orders, payment and prepare orders during the off peak hours
3. Perform prep duties during any down time
As a Server/Cashier, you will
1. Take orders and process payment
2. Assist the cook with appetizers and rice bowls as needed
3. Assist with prep duties when the line is down
We only promote from within and never hire managers from the outside and reward hard working awesome people with great responsibilities and opportunities.
Please note that pay is directly related to your ability to perform the required duties. Training will provided as needed to ensure that you can perform the needed tasks to expectation. Depending on the position choose, you can expect you overall pay to be $14-$17 per hour when you are able to operate self sufficiently,
