Jimmy Guana’s Waterfront Restaurant at Holiday Inn Harbourside Indian Rocks Beach is now hiring for multiple positions as we enjoy a busy Summer ‘Season’. We have openings for Sous Chef, morning EXPEDITOR and Snack Shack cook, plus Cashier and Busser We’re a casual restaurant located inside a busy hotel, and we’re proud to have a loyal local following, as well. We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week.
The hotel and restaurant are themed tropical, ‘Key West-style’. Jimmy’s has an inside dining room, a private room for 50 inside the restaurant, and seating on the deck (covered and open), with live entertainment nightly. Jimmy’s has an inside bar, a bar on the deck, Cruzan Rum Shack adjacent to Splash Harbour Water Park, and the Water Park’s snack shack . We also provide food and beverage for many catered events in the hotel’s meeting and function space – from corporate meetings to weddings and more.
