Cargo Service Agent (Data Entry)

Cargo Service Agents provide office support performing counter functions, document processing, customer contact and typing/data entry.
Cargo Service Agents receive, inspect and screen packages and cargo for shipment on aircraft including the preparation of reports and documents required to ensure safe, timely and accurate shipments. Obtain clearance of inbound cargo and process all required governmental and regulatory documents, including air way bills and transfer manifests. Provide customer service to the public at the counter to ensure accurate and complete shipping documentation. Provide professional customer service via phone and written communication regarding shipments. Project a positive, courteous and customer service oriented image.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds repetitively
- Attention to detail and a service oriented attitude
- Pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment drug test, background check and criminal history record check required to obtain access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays to serve airline passengers
- Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 US
